Year 5 at St. Benet’s marks an exciting new chapter for our children as they embark on their journey into the Upper Juniors. It’s a time of growth, opportunity, and greater responsibility as they step up to become role models for younger pupils.

With the supportive and dedicated guidance of Mr. Rose, Miss Wright, and Mrs. Shields, Year 5 children are encouraged to develop independence, teamwork, and leadership skills. From taking on new responsibilities around the school to engaging in stimulating lessons, the year is packed with enriching experiences that help them flourish academically, socially, and spiritually.

Year 5 is also filled with engaging topics, projects, and extracurricular activities designed to inspire a love for learning and a sense of achievement. At St. Benet’s, we aim to nurture confident, caring, and curious learners ready for the challenges of the upper juniors and beyond.
