Here in Year 2 there is never a moment to spare! We are busy and challenged from the moment we come into class.

Learning is engaging and as interactive as possible as we learn to become writers, mathematicians, historians, artists and more. We love to share class stories, consolidate our number skills in mini-maths sessions and begin to develop our sense of responsibility with a range of monitor roles. Our classroom environments are calming and help to enhance and showcase our learning as well as preparing us for more formal learning when they move to the juniors.

In KS1 we take pride in our work and celebrate our achievements in weekly assemblies with certificates and awards.
