All bookings need to be made via [email protected] by 12 noon every Thursday for the following week. You will receive a confirmation email of your sessions booked.  We can only have a maximum of 30 children per session so you will always need to check that your booking has been confirmed by us in case that session is over subscribed.

Full payment is to be paid by the Monday of each week and this can be paid online (as per other school payments) under ‘wraparound’.

However, some parents who need the same sessions every week book and pay for these in advance i.e. for the half term. Therefore this option is also available.

If you use this service, you will need to sign a contract which details the terms of conditions.

Wraparound Activities:  construction games e.g. Lego, Knex, board and table games e.g. chess, draughts, snakes and ladders, kerplunk etc, card games, jigsaws, puzzles, drawing and colouring, art and crafts and sports activities.
